Voters’ Guide:
Find balanced, nonpartisan information on the candidates, including voters’ guides and a recorded televised debate at LWV of Portland. This information is updated regularly.

A limited number of free paper copies of the Voters’ Guide will be available at libraries and election offices within the district.
Candidate Forum
On December 6, the four candidates for the US Congressional District #1 seat met at a forum sponsored by the League of Women Voters and the American Association of University Women (AAUW) and moderated by Prof. Jim Moore of Pacific University. The candidates responded to questions posed by residents of the district. Topics included the economy, immigration, Defense of Marriage Act, transportation, Social Security, veterans, and Medicare.
